Let’s Talk – Parent Counselling Session
Our admissions counsellor will connect with you to understand your child’s needs and answer your questions about our school, programs, and curriculum.

Application Submission – Fill out the Admission Form
Complete and submit the official application form, along with required documents. You can do this online or at the school front office.
Review & Interaction Plan – Schedule Interaction/Test
Our team will review your application and schedule a student interaction or academic assessment, based on grade level.

Student Interaction / Assessment – Understand Learning Style
Your child will participate in an age-appropriate interaction or assessment to help us understand their learning approach, strengths, and needs.
Parent & Child Meeting with Leadership – Build Trust and Connection
Meet with school leadership to learn about our vision and values. This session also helps us get to know you and your child better.

Admission Decision – Confirmed, Waitlisted, or Not Eligible
After reviewing all inputs, we will inform you of the admission outcome. You may receive a confirmed seat, waitlist notice, or guidance on next steps.
Fee Formalities – Pay Admission & Term Fees
Upon receiving an offer, complete the fee payment process for admission and the first term to secure your child’s seat.

Collect your uniforms, booklist, and all essentials to help your child start school confidently.
Join us for the school orientation program. It’s a friendly introduction for both students and parents before stepping into the full Vitalis experience.
